• How does one contact you? No phone number or Skype. No "contact us" button. No sitemap to find the contact details, and the search box has no "go" key (Not everyone knows you can also press the "enter" on the keyboard).
  Anyway, still cannot find any contact details in the FAQ or other areas.
  
  Have to go to "Your say" with the hope of finding out how to contact the people that operate this site.
  Definetely not a user friendly site, quite odd, considering this is a site that wants news and information!
